All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING TIME

Estimated delivery time across India is typically 5–8 business days depending on your location.

During high-demand periods or unforeseen courier delays, shipping may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to track your shipment status.

DELAYS

Aura Decor is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or incorrect shipping information provided by customers.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery/update.
